Our team arrives, assesses the full scope of damage, and develops a restoration plan. We use moisture meters, thermal cameras, and visual inspection to identify all affected areas — including hidden damage inside walls, under flooring, and in ceilings. We explain what we find in clear terms and walk you through the recommended restoration plan before any work begins.

The active restoration phase begins immediately. For water damage: emergency water extraction, equipment setup for structural drying, and antimicrobial treatment for affected areas. For fire damage: soot and smoke residue removal, odor treatment, and demolition of unsalvageable materials. For mold: containment barriers, HEPA air filtration, and mold removal under negative air pressure. We monitor moisture levels daily and adjust equipment for optimal drying.

Once the property is dry and clean, reconstruction begins. This may include drywall replacement, painting, flooring installation, cabinet repairs, and any structural work needed. We coordinate subcontractors if specialized trades are required — electrical, plumbing, roofing. Every repair is done to code with quality materials.
